Meet the founder and cOACH
Christopher Sullivan-Orchard started Reaper Fitness Ltd. in 2018 with a Love of Strength and endurance sports. Coming from 2 decades of dance Coach Christopher has competed and coached in Powerlifting, Weight class strongman, Running and Triathlon as well as trained and coached in Olympic Weightlifting and functional fitness.
Christophers aim is to introduce more people to the joys of competition and racing ( whether that be finding their 1rm deadlift at a powerlifting meet or testing their endurance in a iron distance race) while finding balance, enjoying the process and avoiding Burnout
RESULTS
Hannah’s brief when we started training was: “I want to be stronger and hotter”.
And we achieved that.
Hannah lost 7kg while also winning best female overall at her most recent powerlifting meet, qualifying for All Englands and British Nationals.
She hit an awesome 135kg squat, 67.5kg Bench and 145kg deadlift at under 63kg Bodyweight
RESULTS
In 2021 David was close to 110 kilos. He wanted to compete in CrossFit but was struggling with his fitness, skills, weight and body image. Coming from a Mostly Bodybuilding background in the last few year David struggled with what he looked like, whether he was big enough or lean enough.
Simultaneously being 110kg meant he was strong but lacked fitness or an ability to do any gymnastics including a single strict pullup. Now David just competed in Individual CrossFit Competition at 93kg Bodyweight, able to string together muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, hold his own on an assault bike and push himself to his limit.
RESULTS
Lauren came to us wanting to be stronger, healthier and find an outlet for her competitive nature.
And together we found Strongwoman.
Just 9 months after multiple blood clots in her lungs left her unable to breath, talk or move and without a clear idea of how long recovery would take she is now placing 3rd in her first competition and with her eyes on the next.
When we started working she could barely do a bodyweight squat without being winded and in pain now she’s smashing out 130kg axle deadlifts for reps, 55kg overhead lifts and 80kilo stones!
RESULTS
When Millie approached us she, in her own words, “would only do classes because she had no clue how to do anything else and was too anxious to go into the weights area”. Millie wanted to make a change but she lacked the knowledge of how to physically improve and the confidence to take that step alone.
While working with us Millie has lost weight, changed her body composition, gone from struggling to do 5k races to smashing marathons and being too scared to step in the weights area to pulling heavy deadlifts and repping out squats every week. The results are amazing but the best result is the rise in her confidence.
